Complaints Procedure

Nathan Shilton T/A Teeny Pops Disco

Teeny Pops Disco believe strongly in good customer relationships and want every customer to experience the same great service. If any of our customers feel that they have not received the excellent service levels that we set as our standard then they should contact us as soon as possible to enable us to rectify the situation.

Who can put in a complaint?
Anyone who has booked a service or is in the process of booking a service with Teeny Pops Disco.

How to make a complaint?

Before the event
Please document your complaint and send it through to disco@teenypops.co.uk.

During the event
• Please speak with one of the Teeny Pops Disco team that are present at your even.
• If a resolution is not met to your satisfaction then please request again, noting the timings and any details of the request being made.

After the event
Please document your complaint and send it through to disco@teenypops.co.uk.
Please ensure that you detail the date and venue of the event and also any specifics of the complaint.
We commit to respond within 10 working days of receiving the complaint.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to come to a satisfactory resolution then the complaints process operated by Swindon Borough Council may be used:-
